BCBA
Work alongside Behavior Technicians in a supervisory role.
Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs.
Use behavior analytic principles to design ABA goals for BTs to implement in client sessions.
Small caseloads, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative team environment.
Behavior Technician
Provide in-home ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy for neurodivergent children and adults.
Work with BCBAs to employ a skill-based treatment approach
Collect and record behavior data and client's progress in real time on data sheets.
Help patients gain confidence to socialize, communicate, play, learn and improve mentally.
